These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through the L'ÉRA online boutique. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

L'ÉRA is a fine jewelry maison based in Doha, Qatar. All prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR).

Each piece is confirmed once payment has been received in full. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if a piece is no longer available, in which case any payment made will be returned.

Please review your order carefully — piece, size and quantity — before completing payment.

Due to the nature of fine jewelry, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchase.

We do not accept exchanges. Pieces cannot be returned or swapped for another item, size or collection.

We therefore encourage you to confirm sizes and details before placing your order.

Each piece is crafted in 18k gold and finished by hand. Slight variations are part of the handmade character of the jewelry.
